Johnstown development building for sale. The former St. Josephs Gymnasium.It was originally part of the complex for St. Joseph’s,you might have seen the other properties selling on here(the school,boiler building and elder care facility). I was PUNNISHED by the city of Johnstown when I first bought this property because the had the complex on the books for over 1.4 million dollars! My taxes were 65k a year!! Needless to say,that went south and after a complete subdivision and a reappraisal,the new taxes are less than 1000.00 per yearfor this building. Zoned commercial,you can run with the ball as far as options. One of the best is apartments,of which you can easily fit 20 in this building without any major reconfiguration,simply,non load bearing walls. 2 bed apartments will net you 600 per unit all day long and the demand is high,section 8 is even better. Simply put,I am not playing games and have no time to play them,so if you are not serious,or you lack the knowlege to get this going,don’t waste everyones time. I will NOT hold paper. I would consider REALISTIC trades in partial payment of the property as long as I can liquidate the items for the real values.
